Casey introduced many networks for finding job opportunities and how to navigate through the job postings. In this session, we continued Tech Management with Casey Gale. He then answered questions from students. He discussed some of his experience with Theatrical Consultants and Architects designing new facilities and renovating existing facilities. We were joined by John Owens and he shared some of his history and how his current job functions. The team of panelists then took questions from students. Jess spoke about film design and programming. Martin spoke about the importance of having an Agent. Brian and Martin discussed the unions, some of the history of IATSE and USA829, and when it is right to join. We were joined by Brian Gale, Jess Baker, and Martin Carillo to talk about the transition from early career to professional.
